REFUND POLICY

Due to the size of our products, costly labor, and shipping charges returns are only accepted with the manager’s approval. If you refuse your shipment or wish to return an item for any other reason (with manager approval) a return shipping cost and 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

 REFUNDS: (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 hours.

Late or missing refunds: (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@thronekingdom.com.

Exchanges: (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@thronekingdom.com and we can help you set up an exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

OUR THRONE CHAIRS ARE ALL HAND-CHISELED AND PUT TOGETHER PIECE BY PIECE. IT IS NORMAL TO SEE IMPERFECTIONS OR SPLITS IN THE WOOD WHERE THE SEAMS CONNECT AND DO NOT COMPROMISE THE DURABILITY. WE INSPECT EACH AND EVERY ORDER TO ENSURE THAT IT IS SENT OUT IN EXCEPTIONAL CONDITION.

If the imperfection is really bothering you we can send you a touchup kit upon request.

EXCHANGES

Change your mind?
Sure you can exchange so long as we have not shipped out your order. If it was already shipped out you will be responsible for the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.

CANCELLATIONS

You are more than welcome to cancel your order before it leaves our facilities. Once your item has been shipped you will be refunded the total amount minus the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.

WARRANTY

Not so sure how long it will last?
The lifetime of our products will vary by the amount of usage and care given to your product, therefore we do NOT offer any warranties of such.
